I plan on doing a lot of inner child and emotional healing in this group healing session. This session will include not only several guided visualizations but also a lot of healing transmissions including but not limited to:

• Clearing, healing, releasing and dissolving sabotaging and beating up on ourselves;
• Clearing, healing, releasing and dissolving low self esteem;
• Clearing, healing, releasing and dissolving low self worth;
• Clearing, healing, releasing and dissolving low self confidence;
• Clearing, healing, releasing and dissolving feeling undeserving, unloved, unsupported and incapable[
• Clearing, healing, releasing and dissolving addictive patterns, programs and behaviors and cravings for addictive substances;
• Clearing, healing, releasing and dissolving anxiety, stress, tension and worry;
• Clearing, healing, releasing and dissolving anger, rage, resentment and road rage;
• Clearing, healing, releasing and dissolving loneliness and feeling brokenhearted;
