I got this morning when I woke up that an important part of tonight's session and audio would include a guided meditation that aligns ALL of our life choices with our highest good and the highest good at all. The last year has been really challenging for me. I have been focused upon and processing a lot of stuff around my parents’ declining health and in a way I feel I have gotten stuck in a rut.

 

So I am making the mastery choice to stop spinning my wheels and to begin to move forward and progress onward and upward.

 

When I tap into what holds me back from moving forward, some of the things that come up for me are:

  • Fear of Change/Future;
  • Attachment to My Past and Past Ways of Doing Things, Looking at Life;
  • Resistance to Change;
  • Self Sabotage;
  • Focusing on Things I Cannot Change Like My Parents Health;
  • Feeling that My Family Holds Me Back;
  • Feeling Hopeless and Powerless to Change, etc.
